Was a wonderful time dealing with Micah and Kimberly and the finance gentleman, vehicle I took in for repair was done in a timely manor and the trade in was done in a few hours and not all day.
This review is more for the repeated experience of my oil change sensor not being reset twice. One visit, I reset it myself at home. This recent visit a couple of days ago, the oil change light came on after I got an oil change. This has me wondering if something else is setting off the sensor or if the tech just forgot to reset it. Otherwise, Micah has been the most helpful staff to have assisted me in my recent visits.

I had a great experience, once again with Gilroy Chevrolet. Starting from checking in and working with an awesome individual by the name of Adrian Papagayo who is a Real Professional. My car went in for Automatic Transmission Oil Change, Front and Rear Differential at 8:30a and by 10:51a I was notified by Adrian that my ruck was ready.

I contacted Gilroy Chevrolet about a truck that was in transit through the dealer website. I was contacted promptly and Rick was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Rick contacted me as soon as the truck arrived. The entire buying process was done remotely by text, email and phone. Best of all, with not living in the immediate area, Gilroy offered to deliver the vehicle. Overall, a great experience with friendly and professional customer service.
The shop fireman handle my issue expertly my trunk on my hummer got confused and would not release the code he hooked it to his computer reset the module and fixed the problem. Awesome job
