I contacted Gilroy Chevrolet about a truck that was in transit through the dealer website. I was contacted promptly and Rick was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Rick contacted me as soon as the truck arrived. The entire buying process was done remotely by text, email and phone. Best of all, with not living in the immediate area, Gilroy offered to deliver the vehicle. Overall, a great experience with friendly and professional customer service.
The shop fireman handle my issue expertly my trunk on my hummer got confused and would not release the code he hooked it to his computer reset the module and fixed the problem. Awesome job

Called to make an appointment for my new trucks first service Asked and was told it would take between 1 1/2 hours with a max of 2 hours
After waiting for 1 1/2 hours I spoke to the service technician and I told told it was still being worked on as they send their vehicles out to get serviced which was a surprise to me
After waiting 2 hours l went to check again and this the service technician asked me if I wanted them to stop servicing the vehicle and I told it needed to get serviced

We had Gilroy Chevrolet replace an abs brake module in our GMC truck under warranty that was leaking badly. It was just put in the week before in Portland but the brake line was leaking and we were heading to the Channel Islands. After inspecting it they decided to order another new one which would take 3 to 4 days to get in. We couldn't leave the truck and headed on to Ventura to try to keep some of our trip in tact. I have a smooth experience and a pleasant conversation with Adrian a technician at Gilroy Chevy dealer my intentions was to come in hot! But after speaking with him, I knew he wasn’t the one who deserved it. Point is , Having good people on your team makes a difference, things could’ve went left.

David, sales person, was so helpful in explaining the electric vehicle. He was not pushy and was extremely respectful of my time. Markkeith was the finance manager and did a great job. Again, very respectful of my time. He even caught a mistake on the paperwork and corrected it before I even reviewed the paperwork thoroughly.
I had the recall for rail airbags done on my 2018 Silverado. I was concerned about how extensive this work would be and damage would be done to my headliner. Whoever did the work did an excellent job and upon close inspection did not see any signs of damage. Have to say both Adrian and Micah were great during the whole process and appreciated their professionalism. Really enjoyed the picture Micah sent to me when the headliner was down. This helped me understand just how involved this work was. Again Kudos to all, Thanks 🙏 for an excellent job.

I had the fastest and amazing experience. Rick Encarnacao was such an amazing sales rep. I never leave reviews, however this was a well deserved review. He was very friendly, attentive, and made it all happen in an hour and a half, which is rare, every other dealership experience has lasted almost 4 hours with the process being more of an annoyance. The lady on the end, needs to be moved to Chevrolet Oakland California. Her rudeness, putting me off after they had just serviced my vehicle. Telling me there was nothing wrong because they didn’t remove the tires, they only lubed the shocks. I would have to come back if I wanted my brakes looked at. It was 3 PM in the afternoons, and she wouldn't do anything to protect my safety. She left me stranded, and without a choice.i will never take my care to Gilroy Chevrolet. Service Dept is understaffed - no vehicle updates, don't return phone calls or emails. Inspection fee for what should be a basic problem is outrageous. Repair and labor charge much higher than expected and compared to other manufacturers. This negatively impacts cost of ownership of the vehicle - next time I will buy Toyota.
My vehicle was ready as promised. Micah ordered parts and got my vehicle back on the road.
Best dealership I have worked with in recent memory. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and were patient and flexible, delivered the truck to my home. Would definitely buy from them again

The service desk person (Adrian) was very good in keeping us informed as to what was going on with our car. The problems were all electronic (software related). It took a week to get our car back, which we think is excessive for a software/programming problem.

I brought a truck in that I had recently purchased. I had one key for it and it broke so I brought it in to get a new key cut and programmed. There was an issue getting a security code to cut the key and the dealership went out of their way to get the code from the manufacturer to cut and program the key. Had they not done what they did, I wouldn’t be driving my truck right now. I will continue to go to them for service.
Paiman, Alex, and the GSM Amir got us the best deal possibly on a trailboss and their service was amazing
