I had a great experience, once again with Gilroy Chevrolet. Starting from checking in and working with an awesome individual by the name of Adrian Papagayo who is a Real Professional. My car went in for Automatic Transmission Oil Change, Front and Rear Differential at 8:30a and by 10:51a I was notified by Adrian that my ruck was ready.

Adrian was excellent. Patient, thorough and kind. He made the experience of getting my car serviced seamless and timely.

Adrian was a pleasure to work with. I had a 7:00 AM appointment and he had the work order processed and the vehicle in the service bay very quickly. Kudos to the service technician who identified and resolved the electrical issue. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Called to make an appointment for my new trucks first service Asked and was told it would take between 1 1/2 hours with a max of 2 hours After waiting for 1 1/2 hours I spoke to the service technician and I told told it was still being worked on as they send their vehicles out to get serviced which was a surprise to me After waiting 2 hours l went to check again and this the service technician asked me if I wanted them to stop servicing the vehicle and I told it needed to get serviced I finally got my vehicle serviced after waiting 3 hours and 15 minutes Won’t use dealer service department again Basic oil change, rotate tires and checking fluids shouldn’t take that long
